Outsourcing with the aim of using outside capacity of organization, saving capital cost and focus on key capabilities is targets of pathfinder and knowledge base companies, in this way, structure and the model of supply chain management is very critical for achieving to specific targets. Delay in delivery, increase cost, low quality is problem of the supplier’s traditional model of organization. Researching was down with the aim of improvement in SCM performance and evaluate SCM performance criteria’s in two model of SCM traditional and tiering.in this researching some companies: Boeing, Lockheed martin, rolls Royce and Toyota were Studied. Researching was down according to expert panel idea and Paired Comparison Analysis for weighting of criteria’s and sub criteria by using of supper decision software and ANP technic. After that comparison of among performance criteria’s (rate of outsourcing, quality, on time delivery and operational profit) in two models, traditional and tiring, was down. According to ratio of these criteria’s, the model of SCM with tiring approach has more performance of traditional model.

Today, one of the challenges facing most businesses regardless of size, age or type of industry, is how to gain and maintain competitive advantage. Gaining competitive advantage in today's complex and dynamic businesses is important. Because of the dynamic nature of the construction industry and high rates of changes in the operational and structural environment, and application of technologies, the need of construction companies to have dynamic capabilities in order to achieve competitive advantage is inevitable. In this article we have tried to frame the operational concept of dynamic capabilities, provided by Madsen, in four dimensions (external observation and evaluation, internal resources renewal, external resources acquisition and internal resources reconfigure) to present the conceptual model of The most impressive dynamic capabilities providing competitive advantage in construction companies. Research models using data collected from 97 construction companies in the PLS software were analyzed. The results based on the structural equation modeling method reveals that dynamic capabilities in three dimensions including; internal resources renewal, external resources acquisition and internal resources re-configuration have positive impact on competitive advantage.

Our aim is to shed light on the consequences of knowledge management (KM) strategies on firm’s innovation and corporate performance. Organizations are not aware of the real implications that KM may have. Based on an empirical study consisted of 168 organizations and structural equations modeling, results show that both KM strategies (codification and personalization) impacts on innovation and organizational performance directly and indirectly (through an increase on innovation capability). Also, findings demonstrate a different effect of KM strategies on diverse dimensions of organizational performance .
Now, enterprises can learn about the positive impact of KM and KM strategy on innovation and performance. Specifically, companies know that with a clear KM strategy they can be more innovative, achieve better financial results, improve processes and develop human resources’ capabilities. And, in turn, those benefits foster the link innovation-performance .These conclusions may help academics and managers in designing KM strategic programs in order to achieve higher innovation, effectiveness, efficiency and profitability.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between resistant economy indicators with Iran economic growth in the period 1971 to 2011. In this study the variable GDP (excluding oil) as the dependent variable and the variables non-oil exports, tourism, entrepreneurship, imports (intermediate, capital, consumer goods), income distribution, investment in infrastructure (transport and communications), self-sufficiency in agriculture, labor productivity, knowledge based economy, capital efficiency, destruction of natural resources, and consumptive economy were used as explanatory variables. Using econometric method of autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL), two economic and non-economic growth models with economic and non-economic explanatory variables are estimated. Model tests were carried out in three steps: dynamic analysis, long-term analysis, and errors correction test (ECM). Stability test of the models was done using CUSUM and CUSUMQ methods. The results showed that with the exception of the consumptive economy, the destruction of natural resources, imports of consumer and capital goods that are negatively correlated with economic growth, other variables have positive and significant relation with economic growth.

University-level interdisciplinary courses call for their own criteria to achieve perfection. The purpose of the present study is to determine and prioritize assessment criteria of interdisciplinary curriculum. The present study is of a practical nature and has been conducted descriptively as to be explained. Firstly, sixty-four assessment criteria of interdisciplinary curriculum were identified. In the form of questionnaires, they were then distributed among involved experts for feedback. The collected data was then analyzed by the SPSS and the calculation of the Cronbach’s coefficient, after which fourteen criteria that lacked internal consistency were removed. The remaining fifty criteria were then divided into the five categories of trainee, trainer, process, content, and objectives. Using Chi-squared test at 5% error, the data distribution (Nikouyi, Barazesh) was assessed and thirty-seven criteria were approved (trainer 7, process 4, trainee 12, content 6, and objectives 8 criteria). The Friedman test was then used to rate the abovementioned criteria.

Considering the importance of the corruption negative impact on social and economic affairs, this study tries to identify effective factors to reduce corruption in civil service. It is considered an applied and descriptive survey research. In order to evaluate hypothesis and understand relationship between variables, questionnaires were used. The reliability and justifiability of questionnaires were confirmed respectively by: Cronbach’s alpha of 0.894 and content justification method. Statistical population of the study consists of 130 personnel of selected civil service and according to the Morgan table a sample of 97 people was taken. Wilcoxon and Student’s t statistical methods were used for data analysis in SPSS. Results confirmed … measures to reduce corruption which were placed into 5 categories: managerial, environmental, legal, personal, and educational factors. Finally these factors were prioritized by magnitude of their impact on reducing corruption using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in this order: managerial, legal, educational, environmental, and personal factors.
